Leadership

Developing leadership skills is central to our mission. Students have opportunities to lead throughout their time at Crucible Lusaka. Each week students take part in project based learning, developing leadership skills through the application of their learning and development of new skills and knowledge to provide solutions to real world problems.

We work with external partners to carry out and deliver a long-term project of benefit to our local community. A key outcome of these projects is for our students to give back to their community, whilst developing skills difficult to learn in the classroom.
