Vaughan Lewis

VAUGHAN studied BEng (Hons) Aeronautical Engineering at City University, London, PGCE at Bangor University, North Wales and Executive Master of Arts in International Educational Leadership and Change at the Education University of Hong Kong.

He has taught in the UK, Spain, Thailand, Kuwait and Qatar where he was Assistant Principal at Qatar Academy for Science and Technology. During his career he has worked at Rolls-Royce, leading the Rolls-Royce Science Prize and at the UK’s National STEM Centre supporting professional development for teachers across the UK.

Vaughan brings innovation, a drive to give students the best possible opportunities and experience of creating high performance schools. He lives in Lusaka with his wife, Kath and two teenage sons.
